Welcome to Narmada eServices. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our document formatting and form generation platform, across all tools and pages on this website. By using our website and services, you explicitly agree to be bound by all the terms mentioned on this page, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Provided Services & Tech Stack

Narmada eServices operates a set of automated form/document generation tools. Depending on the specific tool, your filled form data is processed either entirely within your browser (client-side), or — where a formatted PDF/document must be generated on the server side — is securely transmitted to our processing server solely for the purpose of generating that specific document, and is not permanently retained beyond what is necessary to complete the request. Some advanced structural forms may require a specific premium processing or token fee before invocation of the printing command.

For receipt and record-keeping purposes, each time the print/download action is completed or attempted, we store a minimal server-side record consisting only of: a system-generated Application ID, the Applicant's name, Village/Area, Hetu (purpose), whether the print succeeded or failed, whether the Terms & Conditions were accepted, and the date/time of the action. No other detailed field from your form is permanently retained on any server. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

2. Eligibility to Use This Website

• This website is intended for use by individuals who are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law, or by a parent/guardian preparing documents on behalf of a minor or family member.
• By using this platform, you confirm that any information you submit is being submitted with proper authority (e.g. on your own behalf, or with the consent of the person the document pertains to).
• We reserve the right to refuse or restrict access to any user we reasonably believe is misusing the platform or violating these Terms.

3. Strict User Responsibility & Input Authenticity

• No Auto-Verification: Our platform runs on automated formatting scripts without any administrative background screening or official record cross-checking, so we have zero mechanism to evaluate whether your inputs are authentic, legally accurate, or misspelled.
• Data Validation: Users must rigorously preview and evaluate their filled forms prior to proceeding with payment gateways or execution of downloads. Any typographical mistakes, formatting anomalies, or structural rejections caused by inaccurate entry fall solely under your accountability.
• Prohibition of Illegal Use: You strictly vow not to use this system to simulate or generate fake ID cards, mock certificates, forged government declarations, or any misleading materials. Doing so constitutes a direct violation of the Information Technology Act (IT Act) of India, and the user will face exclusive criminal liability.
• Receipt Record Accuracy: Since your Applicant Name and Village are captured in the minimal print record kept for receipt/audit purposes (see Section 1), you are responsible for ensuring these fields are entered correctly before proceeding to print.

4. Acceptable Use Policy (સ્વીકાર્ય ઉપયોગની મર્યાદા)

When using this website, you agree that you will NOT:

• Attempt to probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the proper working of this website, its servers, or any connected third-party service (including automated scraping, bot traffic, or denial-of-service attempts).
• Attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent any payment, token, verification, or consent mechanism on this website.
• Upload or submit any content (including uploaded photos/signatures, where such an upload feature exists) that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, infringing on another person's rights, or that impersonates another individual without authorization.
• Copy, scrape, or reproduce the structural layout, templates, or underlying code of this platform for a competing commercial service, except as permitted under Section 10 (Intellectual Property Rights).
• Use this platform to generate documents intended to mislead, defraud, or misrepresent facts to any government body, financial institution, or private organization.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension of access and, where applicable, referral to the appropriate legal/law-enforcement authorities.

5. Secure Payments, Gateways & Token Fees

Access to certain document printing services is conditioned upon the successful payment of fees outlined on the specific page.

• All payment transactions are natively handled through encrypted multi-layer third-party payment gateways.
• If a payment fails due to technical drops at the bank's server or user internet volatility, the platform is not obliged to render a printable file until confirmation is synchronized by the gateway desk.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Service Availability & Changes (સેવાની ઉપલબ્ધતા)

• We strive to keep this website and its tools available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of any tool at all times.
• We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool, template, feature, or fee structure on this platform at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service outages (e.g. hosting, payment gateway, or document-generation infrastructure), or factors beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

7. Account & Access (જ્યાં લાગુ પડે)

Most tools on this platform are designed to be used without creating a formal user account. Where any login, session, or access-credential mechanism is introduced in the future, you will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under them.

8. Total Limitation of Liability (ઓનરની કોઈ જવાબદારી રહેશે નહીં)

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws, the Owner, Developer, or Associated Members of Narmada eServices shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to:

• Rejection, denial, or cancellation of your generated PDF/printed document by any government official, educational body, bank, court of law, or private enterprise.
• Financial errors, double deductions, or transaction holds originating from payment processor side delays.
• Mental harassment, physical disruption, loss of business opportunities, or institutional penalties emerging due to reliance on templates provided on this portal.
• Browser or printer integration bugs, client-side or server-side data compilation errors, or failure of any background script to format properly.
• Any temporary or extended unavailability of the platform, as described in Section 6.

The entire system is deployed on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" baseline without warranties or guarantees of any variant. You acknowledge that you use our structural layouts entirely at your own individual risk.

9. Indemnification (ક્ષતિપૂર્તિ)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Narmada eServices, its owner, developer, and associated members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected to: (a) your use or misuse of this platform; (b) any content or information you submit through our forms; or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The structural code, custom JavaScript files, background worker/processing scripts, styling algorithms, design layout configurations, and branding elements belong entirely to Narmada eServices. Copying or redistribution of this framework for competitive commercial ventures without the owner's written consent is prohibited.

11. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to this website or any of its tools, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or engaged in activity that may harm the platform, other users, or third parties.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions shall be monitored, analyzed, and governed strictly by the laws of India. Any legal actions, claims, or arbitration arising directly from utilizing this platform shall fall exclusively under the judicial jurisdiction of the competent courts in Narmada, Gujarat, India.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

• Severability: If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining clauses shall continue to remain in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Narmada eServices regarding the use of this website, superseding any prior understandings.

14. Amendments to These Terms

We hold the absolute authority to revise, restructure, or remove sections of these terms at any given point without serving immediate notices. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continuous utilization of the platform after such changes implies that you gracefully agree with our updated operating parameters.
