Welcome to Narmada eServices. Before using any of our form/document tools, please read this Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer carefully. By utilizing this website — any page, form, or tool on it — you automatically agree to all the clauses, terms, and conditions mentioned below. This policy applies across our entire platform and all the tools/modules offered on it.

1. How Your Form Data Is Processed (તમારો ફોર્મ-ડેટા કેવી રીતે પ્રોસેસ થાય છે)

Narmada eServices offers multiple form/document tools, and the underlying processing method can vary from one tool to another. Depending on the specific form or module you use:

• Client-Side Processing (most forms): For many of our tools, the complete form you fill — including detailed fields, entries, dates, and other structural data — is processed entirely within your local browser session (e.g. via client-side scripts / Web Workers), and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. This data resides purely in the temporary, volatile memory of your browser and is destroyed the moment you close the tab, refresh, or navigate away.
• Server-Assisted Document Generation (where applicable): For certain tools where a formatted PDF/document needs to be generated on the server side, your filled form data is securely transmitted to our processing server solely for the purpose of generating that specific document, over an encrypted connection. This data is used transiently to produce your file and is not permanently retained by us beyond what is necessary to complete that generation request.

In both cases, no detailed form content is used for any purpose other than generating the document you requested, and it is not sold, shared, rented, or repurposed for advertising or profiling. The only data we retain beyond this is the minimal print/record entry described in Section 4 below.

2. Auto-Save / Draft Storage on Your Own Device (તમારા ડિવાઇસ પર ડ્રાફ્ટ ઓટો-સેવ)

Some of our forms include a convenience "auto-save" feature so that you don't lose your progress if you accidentally refresh the page. When this feature is present on a given tool:

• Your in-progress form entries are saved using your browser's local storage (localStorage), which exists only on your own device — it is not synced, uploaded, or made accessible to Narmada eServices, its administrators, or anyone else over the internet.
• This draft data stays on your device until you either complete/submit the form, click the "Reset Form" button provided on that tool, or manually clear your browser's site data/cache.
• Since this draft data lives entirely on your device, you are responsible for the physical and digital security of the device/browser you use — especially on shared, public, or cybercafé computers. We strongly recommend clicking "Reset Form" after you are done on a shared device.

3. Cookies & Analytics (કૂકીઝ અને એનાલિટિક્સ)

We do not use invasive tracking cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site behavioural profiling on this website. To understand basic, aggregate traffic patterns (such as how many visitors a page receives), we may use a privacy-friendly, cookie-less web analytics service. Such analytics:

• Do not use persistent tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information about individual visitors.
• Only report aggregate, anonymized usage statistics (e.g. page views, approximate region, device/browser type) to help us understand and improve the website.
• Are entirely separate from, and unrelated to, the form data or minimal print record discussed elsewhere in this policy — analytics data cannot be linked back to a specific applicant, form entry, or print record.

If a future version of this website introduces cookies that require consent under applicable law, we will update this section and, where required, present a consent notice before such cookies are set.

4. Minimal Print Record We Do Store (રસીદ/રેકોર્ડ માટે અમે અમુક મર્યાદિત ડેટા સાચવીએ છીએ)

To keep an official record of each print/download action — for receipt purposes, audit trail, and to help resolve disputes if a printed document is questioned later — our system logs a minimal, limited record to a secure server-side database each time the print/download action is completed or attempted. This permanent record is separate from, and much smaller than, any form data described in Section 1.

• Why it is stored: this minimal record acts as your receipt/proof that a document was generated through our platform, and helps us maintain an internal log for accountability, dispute-resolution, and record-keeping purposes.
• Where it is stored: on a secure, access-restricted cloud database, accessible only to the site administrator, and not shared, sold, or exposed to any third party except where required by law.
• Where a detailed form field is transiently used only to generate your document (see Section 1), it is not carried over into or added to this permanent minimal record.

5. Data Retention & Deletion (ડેટા કેટલો સમય રખાય છે)

• Detailed form content (client-side data, or data transiently sent for server-side document generation) is not retained after your document has been generated — it exists only for the duration of that session/request.
• The minimal print record described in Section 4 is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for receipt, audit, and dispute-resolution purposes, or as required to comply with applicable law.
• You may request deletion or correction of your entry in the minimal print record by contacting us (see Section 14), subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records for audit/legal compliance.

6. Your Rights Over Your Data (તમારા હકો)

Since we retain very little personal data (only the minimal record in Section 4), your rights in practice are simple and limited to that record:

• Right to access: you may ask us to confirm what minimal record, if any, we hold against a given Application ID.
• Right to correction: if your name or village was mis-entered and appears incorrectly in the minimal record, you may request a correction.
• Right to deletion: you may request deletion of your minimal record, subject to any legal/audit retention requirements we may have.
• To exercise any of these rights, please reach out via the contact details in Section 14, quoting your Application ID where available.

7. Payment Gateway & Third-Party Security

For processing premium tools or printing/token fees, our system bridges a highly secure, industry-standard encrypted (SSL) tunnel directly with our authorized payment gateway partners.

• Narmada eServices does not intercept, view, or record your financial elements including UPI IDs, Credit/Debit card numbers, PINs, CVVs, or NetBanking passwords.
• All transaction logs are securely maintained at the gateway portal's end for accounting and audit compliance purposes, governed by that gateway's own privacy/security policy.

8. Security Measures We Follow (સુરક્ષા પગલાં)

• All communication between your browser and our servers (where server communication occurs) uses encrypted HTTPS/SSL connections.
• Any server-side database that stores the minimal print record is access-restricted and limited to the site administrator only.
• We follow reasonable, industry-standard practices to guard against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of the limited data we hold. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
• You are responsible for keeping your own device, browser, and any account credentials (where applicable) secure.

9. Children's Privacy (સગીર વયના વપરાશકારો)

Our tools are intended to be used by adults, or by minors under the supervision of a parent/guardian, typically to prepare documents on behalf of or for a family. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data specifically about children beyond what a parent/guardian may enter as part of a form (e.g. a family member's name, if the form itself requires such details). If you believe a child's personal data has been submitted to us inappropriately, please contact us so we can address it.

10. Third-Party Links (અન્ય વેબસાઇટની લિંક)

Our website may contain links to external websites (e.g. payment gateways, government portals, or informational resources) that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any external site you visit via a link on our platform.

11. Absolute User Responsibility (ડેટાની સાચવણી અને સચ્ચાઈ યુઝરની જવાબદારી છે)

Since this platform automatically maps your typed data directly onto predefined layout templates, we have zero automated methods to cross-verify the credentials you enter. Therefore:

• It is entirely the user's obligation to ensure that spelling, official facts, numerical values, and declarations are completely error-free before checking out or invoking the print/download command.
• We are not responsible for any financial losses, formatting errors, or rejected applications resulting from incorrect or faulty user input.
• You explicitly agree not to use this platform to forge documents, generate fake identity certificates, or simulate misleading records. Doing so falls entirely under the user's criminal liability as per the IT Act of India.
• Since your Applicant Name and Village are also captured in the minimal print record described in Section 4, you are responsible for ensuring these are entered correctly, as they will appear on your receipt/record entry.

12. Complete Limitation of Liability (ઓનરની કોઈ જવાબદારી રહેશે નહીં)

Under no circumstances shall the Owner, Developer, or Narmada eServices be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

• Any official rejection of the generated forms by government offices, banks, colleges, or private institutions.
• Financial losses or transaction disruptions occurring due to network failures, payment gateway errors, or bank downtime during the printing process.
• Any form of mental distress, loss of opportunities, or legal disputes caused by utilizing the generated PDF/print outputs.
• Hardware or printer malfunctions on the user's end, or technical errors arising during client-side or server-side document generation.
• Temporary or extended unavailability of any tool on this platform, whether due to maintenance, third-party service outages, or factors beyond our control.

This website is provided on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without warranties of any kind. The tools are simply meant to assist users in structural formatting, and the entire risk concerning their performance remains with the user.

13. Revisions and Amendments

We reserve the right to alter, edit, or modify this policy documentation at any given time without assigning prior notice. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. It is recommended to review this page periodically to keep yourself aligned with our current data practices.
