📌 Narmada eServices provides digital-only services. We do not sell, package, or ship any physical product. Nothing is ever couriered or posted to you.
All our tools generate a digital document (PDF) that is either rendered directly in your browser or made available for download/printing on your own device. There is no physical shipment, courier, or postal delivery involved at any stage.

Once your payment is authorized and confirmed by the payment gateway (PhonePe), your document/printable layout is unlocked instantly on the same page — there is no waiting period, dispatch time, or transit time.
Since there is no physical product to deliver, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable and is not offered. Payment must be completed online in advance via UPI, Debit/Credit Card, or NetBanking before the document is generated.
If your payment is successfully debited but the document/printable layout fails to unlock due to a technical error on our end, this is treated as a delivery failure and is covered under our Refund Policy — you are entitled to a full refund in such cases.
We reserve the right to modify this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
