Narmada eServices ("we", "us") explains below when and how an order/transaction on this platform can be cancelled. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. (Full legal entity details are listed in our Terms & Conditions.)
You may cancel or abandon a form/payment attempt at any point before your payment is authorized by your bank or our payment gateway (PhonePe), free of charge. Simply close the payment window or navigate away — no charge is applied since no transaction is completed.
📌 Because our services deliver an instant digital document the moment payment is confirmed, the service is considered fully delivered and consumed at that point. Once a payment is successfully authorized and the document/printable layout is unlocked, the order cannot be cancelled.
This is because there is no physical shipment or delayed fulfilment involved — the document is generated and made available to you within seconds of successful payment.
| Stage | Cancellation Allowed? | Time Window |
|---|---|---|
| Before payment is authorized | Yes, free of charge | Any time before authorization |
| After payment success / document unlocked | No | Not applicable |
| Payment debited but document/layout not unlocked (technical failure) | Treated as a refund case, not a cancellation | Report within 24–48 hours (see Refund Policy) |
If your bank shows a "pending" or "processing" debit that is never confirmed by our system, please wait for your bank's standard auto-reversal cycle. If the amount is not auto-reversed within 7 working days, contact us with your transaction reference for assistance.
For any cancellation-related query on a stuck or pending payment, please reach out via our Contact Us page with your Payment Gateway Transaction ID / UTR and the registered email or mobile number used at the time of payment.
We reserve the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
