Find your exact age from your date of birth.
Enter your date of birth and select Calculate age.
The calculator subtracts your birth date from the chosen date: years, then months, then days. If the day is smaller than your birth day, it borrows one month and adds the days of the previous month.
This calculator counts real calendar months, so it depends on the actual dates. Some sites divide total days by an average month length (about 30.44 days), which gives a slightly different result. Both are valid; this one matches how people normally state their age.
It is your completed years times 12, plus the extra months. For 26 years and 1 month, the total is 313 months. The leftover days are not counted as a month.
They count whole days from midnight to midnight, then multiply. They do not include your birth time or the current time, so they can be up to a day different from a live count.
Yes. The day count uses real calendar dates, so every 29 Feb between your birth and the chosen date is counted.
Yes. Change "Calculate age on" to any date after your date of birth, for example an exam date, a job application deadline or a form cut-off date.
In years without a 29 Feb, your next birthday is shown as 28 Feb. Your age in years, months and days is still worked out from the calendar as normal.
No. Everything is calculated in your browser on your device. Nothing is stored or uploaded.
The "Calculate age on" date must be later than your date of birth. Check that both dates are entered correctly, then select Calculate age again.
